An additional 10 government schools set to benefit
A Tasmanian Labor Government would help parents and families return to work with an extension of outside school hours care in government schools.
Labor Leader Rebecca White said families need support to be able to access work and training outside of traditional school hours.
“Tasmanians know the challenges that come with being a parent and re-entering the workforce or training and it can be difficult to juggle those responsibilities” Ms White said.
“This is why Tasmanian Labor have developed a policy to increase the availability of before and after school care in 10 additional government schools across the state.
