WASHINGTON (CN) Justices Neil Gorsuch and Samuel Alito balked Monday at their colleagues’ refusal to wade into a religious-discrimination case that could fortify the right to religious exercise.
“The only mistake here is of the court’s own making and it is past time for the court to correct it,” Gorsuch wrote this morning, saying the court should have granted a writ of certiorari to Christian electrician Jason Small.

Air Canada has revealed its retro livery Airbus A220-300. Inspired by Trans-Canada Air Lines (TCA), which was the forerunner to today’s Air Canada, the airline is tracing back its roots by painting its newest jet in this livery. This is not the first jet to sport the retro livery harkening back to TCA, but it will be the only airplane that flies this livery in Air Canada’s fleet.

Sally Grossman, Bob Dylan Cover Model, Dies at 81
Born in 1939, Sally grew up in Queens, N.Y., where she attended Adelphi and Hunter colleges. She’d eventually drop out, pursuing a career with Trans World Airlines and later becoming a waitress, all while remaining ensconced in the Greenwich Village folk music scene. It was there that she met Albert, who ran the Gate of Horn club at the time.
The two were married in 1964. Albert managed many of the era’s biggest names, including Janis Joplin, Peter, Paul and Mary, the Band and Gordon Lightfoot. Still, it’s Dylan with whom Sally will be eternally tied.
