(Lori Van Buren/Times Union)Lori Van Buren/Albany Times Union TROY Body worn cameras debuted Thursday as seven members of the Troy Police Department became the first to wear them in a multi-month rollout of 120 cameras. Four patrol officers, two sergeants and Chief Brian Owens put the cameras on for the first time after six years of discussion in the city about equipping the police force.  Funding for the cameras and new street cameras was approved last year by the City Council.
