Downtown goes to the dogs, this week in Abilene In celebration of the dog days of summer, the Center for Contemporary Arts will conduct the annual DogWalk edition of ArtWalk from 5-8 p.m. Thursday in downtown Abilene. They re all Texans, and that s what counts. Man, I don t know if there is too much of a difference. Anybody from Texas is pretty much a friend of mine, he said.
