Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh) [India], January 30 (ANI): Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee (DPCC) chief Anil Chaudhary on Saturday alleged that the violence which broke out in various parts of the national capital on Republic Day during the farmers tractor rally, was a conspiracy by the central government to defame the farmer leaders and unions. We condemn the violence that broke out in Delhi on Republic Day. We condemn the way in which the central government conspired to defame the farmer unions and farmer leaders on a day like Republic Day. It is unfortunate. A conspiracy was hatched to discredit this farmers movement, Chaudhary told ANI at the Ghazipur border, where farmers have been camping for over two months.

New Delhi: Even after 61 days of protest and 11 rounds of talks, the stalemate between the farmers and the Center continues over the contentious new farm laws. While efforts have been made on all fronts to resolve the issues, by both sides, there is still no clear solution in sight.
Talking about the tractor rally, the Delhi Congress President Anil Chaudhary spoke exclusively to Times Now on the issue that has been on the top of people s mind.

The Delhi Congress on Monday said that party workers will accord a warm welcome to the farmers’ tractor rally as it enters the city on Republic Day.
Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee president Ch. Anil Kumar said he would be present at one of the points of the rally route to pledge solidarity with the farmers’ protest. He said the rally will be a loud statement of the farmers’ anguish and anxiety against the farm laws, which are meant to benefit only a few chosen corporates.
“The Congress is solidly behind the farmers’ cause and will continue to support them till the three-anti farmer agricultural laws are repealed,” he said.
