The minimum temperature in the national capital was recorded at 7.3 degrees Celsius, a degree below the season s average making it the coldest of the season so far while the maximum temperature was recorded at 19.5 degrees Celsius, four degrees below the normal, said a Meteorological (MeT) Department official.

New Delhi: Fog affected the visibility in the Delhi-NCR on Saturday morning. Visuals from the Singhu border and nearing areas showed thick fog engulfing parts of the national capital. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) predicted a very dense fog for the city on Saturday.
Weather monitoring sites, however, showed that by about 8.30 am, the visibility in the city was about 5 km in many areas, thus indicating that the routine flight/ train operations were likely to remain unaffected.
