Developer Billingsley Co. is updating plans for three more office buildings in its Plano business park.
The Dallas-based developer began a major expansion of its International Business Park located near the northwest corner of the Dallas North Tollway and Bush Turnpike in 2019.
The new campus, which started with two buildings, was planned to eventually add almost another 1 million square feet.
Now Billingsley has filed project plans with Plano for three more office buildings that would include more than 600,000 square feet. The four- and five-story buildings would be constructed off Plano Parkway.
