The remains are likely to be less than 50-years-old too, but the age of the deceased person remains unknown. Urban explorers Felicity and Daniel Duffy made the gruesome discovery of a skull in woodland near the old Egerton House Hotel in the early hours of Monday March 1, with police immediately called to the scene. Police later confirmed the remains to be of a human skull with forensic investigations ongoing. Preliminary results from forensic officers suggest the skull is less than 50-years-old, and most likely belonged to a male.
