Three arrested in connection to abduction of teenager
Police are investigating the abduction of a teenager who was taken at gunpoint from his home on Sunday night.
OXFORD CIRCLE - Police are investigating the abduction of a teenager who was taken at gunpoint from his home on Sunday night, in which three alleged abductors were taken into custody.
On the 6600 block of Tabor Avenue, a family member of the teenager described an agonizing 12 hours of not knowing where he was. According to police, a 17-year-old was abducted from the residence Sunday night, around 11:30. Family members frantically called police.
Fairfield to join regional committee on homeless response
FAIRFIELD The City Council agreed Tuesday to participate with Vacaville and Suisun City in a Homeless Two-by-Two Subcommittee to take a regional approach to homeless response.
Vice Mayor Rick Vaccaro and Councilwoman Doriss Panduro were appointed to the committee for one year. Councilwoman Catherine Moy also said she would participate.

The staff report to the council states there is no financial impact to the city.
“No city can do this by itself. We need our neighbors,” Vaccaro said.
The subcommittee is viewed as part of the city’s comprehensive homeless strategy “to reduce homelessness based on nationwide proven outcomes, including supporting a regional response that more efficiently utilizes existing resources.”

The Town of Silver City has scheduled a water outage for tomorrow, Wednesday, April 21
st, to connect a new 12-inch water main. The water will be off on Ridge Road from Partridge Drive to the Grant County Detention Center and surrounding area from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. In particular, areas to be affected by the outage in Silver Acres include: Country Club Drive, Lance Drive, Vicente Place, Spear Drive, Bonita Avenue, Spur Drive, Little Spur Drive, Tabor Avenue, Trailing Heart, Broken Arrow Drive, Apache Street, Comanche Street, and Broken Bow Drive. 2 juveniles, 1 woman arrested after prowler investigation
IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (KIFI) - UPDATE: Three people were arrested by Idaho Falls Police, including a woman and two juveniles, after a prowler complaint in the 100 block of North Water at around 1 a.m. Monday. Police also recovered loaded weapons.
According to Idaho Falls Police, it began when a resident reported someone was trying to break into their home. A suspect was not immediately found.
IFPD Release: Shortly before 2:00 a.m., the caller called Dispatch reporting that they heard someone again. Idaho Falls Police Officers responded to the area again. As the first Officer was arriving, the Officer saw a man in the corner of a parking lot nearby. The Officer illuminated the man with a flashlight, yelled out that he was a police officer and directed the man to come speak with him.
