PHILIPPI A Barbour County man is behind bars and accused of soliciting a 14-year-old girl.
On Tuesday, April 14, West Virginia State Police arrested Chad McLean 50, of Belington, who is facing felony counts of soliciting a minor and displaying obscene matter to a minor. He is being held in the Tygart Valley Regional Jail with bond set at $70,000.
McLean is a member of the War Dogs Motorcycle Club, officials said.
According to the criminal complaint, the West Virginia State Police arrested McLean Tuesday. Troopers were told by the alleged victim that McLean had grabbed her genitals and had asked her through Facebook messages to perform sexual acts.

ELKINS Christopher Waybright, 29, has been charged with trespassing and obstructing an officer after an incident Sunday afternoon.
He is being held in Tygart Valley Regional Jail awaiting his arraignment on a $2,000 10% cash bond.
According to the criminal complaint, the Randolph County Sheriff’s office responded to a call from the Go-Mart store on the Beverly Pike Five-lane and was told a male subject, wearing a green shirt and blue jeans, had been sleeping on the sidewalk of the store.
Once on the scene, Cpl. D.D. Pennington and Deputy T.J. Knotts of the RCSD observed the described male near the rear of the parking lot gyrating on an electrical box. He was also flailing his arms and feet around and appeared to be under the influence of a narcotic, the police report states.

MONTROSE A Randolph County man is behind bars and facing multiple charges stemming from an incident Wednesday evening.
Harry Fielding Blackburn Jr., 56, was arrested and charged with four counts of domestic assault, four counts of brandishing a deadly weapon, and one count of destruction of property. He is incarcerated in the Tygart Valley Regional Jail on a $2,000 cash-only bond.
At approximately 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Department responded to a 911 call on Saltlick Road in reference to a male subject allegedly armed with a knife and attempting to break the windows of out of residence in order to gain entry, according to the criminal complaint.

MONTERVILLE A Randolph County woman is behind bars after being arrested on a charge of domestic battery Monday.
Jamie Wildridge, 58, is currently lodged in the Tygart Valley Regional Jail on a $1,500 cash-only bond after being accused of hitting and biting her mother, Betty Wilson.
According to the criminal complaint, Deputy A.M. Channell of the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to the Monterville area to investigate an alleged domestic dispute between a mother and her daughter. While en route he was advised that Wilson had allegedly locked herself inside a part of her residence to keep her daughter away from her.
