CONCORD, CA No injuries or cattle calls were reported when a bull took up the fast lane during the Thursday morning commute on state Highway 4 in Concord. A local owner was doing work on a fence and the bull got out, California Highway Patrol Officer Brandon Correia said. Quite thankfully, nobody hit the bull.
That s because CHP responded and did traffic breaks, slowing down cars along the westbound side of the freeway near Port Chicago Highway.
