Corrections & Clarifications:
A previous version of this story incorrectly identified the executive order Holcomb said he would extend. Holcomb on Thursday was referring to the county-level restriction order, not the public health emergency order.
Gov. Eric Holcomb on Thursday said he is extending his executive order imposing county-level restrictions in the state based on the spread of coronavirus in Indiana.
“The executive order will be extended for a week, and then we will look at what that will do in terms of how we are managing this locally as well events, capacity numbers, et cetera, Holcomb said during the state s weekly COVID-19 briefing. But (we re) heading on the right path.”
