The living room in Anna Karlin’s model apartment inside the newly-renovated Belnord in Manhattan. The space is defined by a sinuous a cream-upholstered vintage sofa, while the rest of the space features a mix of historical furniture and new pieces by Karlin. ’The building has its own layers of history and so too must the interior,’ she says.
