Another Arrest in Grape Creek Organized Crime Operation   SAN ANGELO, TX – The owner of the land that Tom Green County Sheriff Deputies found a large number of stolen cars on was arrested on Wednesday for participating in organized crime. As previously reported, Jan. 27, deputies with the Tom Green County Sheriff s Office busted a car theft operation in Grape Creek.
