(WMBF) – A man kidnapped a 13-year-old in Marlboro County and then took the teen to the Charleston area, according to authorities. The Marlboro County Sheriff’s Office was called last Thursday to the Wallace community where family members reported a 13-year-old missing. The family said the teen was last seen walking down a dirt road. A day later, authorities found the teen in the Charleston area.

Four men charged with first-degree murder in Cambridge shooting State police say four men have been arrested and charged with first-degree murder in the early April shooting that left a Cambridge man dead. Just before 10 a.m. on April 5, officers from the Cambridge Police Department responded to a reported shooting in the area of Greenwood Avenue and Gloria Richardson Circle, according to a Maryland State Police news release. They arrived to find the victim, 22-year-old Da Jour Sorrell, lying on the ground. He d suffered gunshot wounds and was taken to Dorchester General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.  The Maryland State Police Homicide Unit was asked to take over the investigation. Members of the Criminal Enforcement Division and crime scene technicians from the State Police Forensic Sciences Division also responded to the scene to aid investigators.

(WCSC) - The Summerville Police Department has arrested and charged a woman with domestic violence after allegedly shooting her boyfriend with a BB gun Tuesday. Melanie Folmar has been charged with domestic violence of a high and aggravated nature and possession of a firearm during the commission of a violent crime in the incident. Police responded to a home on the 400 block of Boone Hill Road in regards to a report of a shooting in the area. When they arrived, officers located a victim lying in the driveway along with a man identifying himself to be a paramedic.
