Veteran TV anchor Catherine Kasavuli is among media personalities who are set to make a come back at the Kenya Broadcasting Co-oporation (KBC) once the station is re-launched.
Multiple sources at the station told
Kenyans.co.ke that other anchors such as Pauline Sheghu, Badi Mukhsin and Harith Salim will make a come back in mainstream media to anchor prime-time news. The legends will be anchoring prime time news on the weekends while the rest will be working on the weekdays, an insider stated.

2 Fired K24 TV Anchors Ink Deal With KBC

The two anchors; Ahmed Juma Bhalo and Nancy Onyancha, have signed contracts with the national broadcaster, several months after being fired from Mediamax-owned TV station.
Speaking to
Kenyans.co.ke, Bhalo confirmed that indeed he was joining
KBC - and would be anchoring the 7 p.m. news twice a week, but said more details would follow.
The media personality further noted that his contract would run for a year.
