IRONDALE Judy Ann Orr, 65, of Irondale, Ohio passed away at her home Wednesday, April 21, 2021 following a lengthy illness. Judy was born on May 13, 1955, the daughter of the late William and Betty (Hayhurst) Rice.
Judy was a graduate of Stanton High School with the Class of 1979 and lived her entire life in the area. She was employed through Trinity Hospital, working positions in housekeeping and the mailroom. She also spent time volunteering with the Hammondsville Food Pantry as well as serving as a Deacon and Elder at Yellow Creek Presbyterian Church in Wellsville.
Judy married the love of her life, William Thomas Orr, on September 19, 1989 and spent the next 32 years making special memories with him.

On Saturday, April 10, 2021, Steven Covey, passed away at the age of 68. Steven was born on May 17, 1952 in Wheeling, WV to Lester and Mollie Covey. He received his BA from West Liberty College and was gainfully employed in the human resources field for over 35 years.
Steve was an avid collector of both paintings and handcrafted decor. Steve had a passion for tap dancing and was an avid collector of heavy metal and contemporary music. He was quick with a smile and was also known for his quick wit, infectious smile, and his kind and compassionate spirit. Steve was preceded in death by his father, Lester, and his mother, Mollie.

A memorial gathering will be held for Robby Fish on Saturday April 17, 2021 from 10:30 am until time of service at 11 am at the Stone Presbyterian Church in Elm Grove , WV with Rev. Lynn Edmondson
EAST LIVERPOOL Lynn Edmondson, 68, of East Liverpool, passed away on Friday, March 12, 2021 at Calcutta Health Care. She was born on June 11, 1952, in Lodi, Calif., the daughter of the late Leonard and Mildred (Thompson) Preszler.
Lynn graduated from Lodi High School in 1970. After graduating, Lynn attended college at University of California, Long Beach where she became a Physical Therapist. She moved to Ohio after taking a position with East Liverpool City Hospital to form and oversee their physical therapy department. Lynn also had a position with Kent State University in East Liverpool where she helped to pilot the Physical Therapy Assistant Program. Lynn then went on to practice on her own at Edmondson Physical Therapy, which was originally located in Calcutta and then moved to downtown East Liverpool.
