Gun Recovered After Burglary at Cheyenne Home, More Still Missing
Cheyenne police say they ve recovered a gun that was stolen during a home burglary last month, but others are still missing.
Public Information Officer Alex Farkas says four guns were stolen from a residence in the area of E. 12th Street on or about the night of Jan. 18.
Farkas says officers are asking for the public s help in finding the three remaining guns, described as follows:
Savage Stevens pump-action 12-gauge shotgun with a black synthetic stock
Remington model 597 .22LR semi-automatic rifle with a wooden stock featuring the logo of the National Rifle Association
Although nearly five-and-a-half years have passed since the murders of Dwight Brockman and George Doc Manley, police continue to seek information in the case.
