The Nebraska Attorney General’s Office announced new tools and training to advocate for victims of abuse in the state. In his news conference today, Attorney General Doug Peterson said he will be hosting a two-day online event with Child Advocacy Centers to train over a hundred law enforcement members in Nebraska this month.
State Forensic Nursing Coordinator Anne Boatright said they recently launched a Sexual Assault Forensic Kit tracking system on the attorney general’s website.
