BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - Baton Rouge Police Detectives are investigating a shooting that occurred early hours of Saturday morning around 1:00 a.m. at 8300 block of Florida Boulevard.
Kendrick Johnese, 25, was observed in the parking lot suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Johnese succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
Two other male victims, both age 25, also suffered from apparent gunshot injuries. Both were transported to a local hospital with moderate/severe injuries.
This investigation remains ongoing.

BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - Detectives with the Baton Rouge Police Department are investigating a shooting that claimed the life of a 19-year-old man.
According to detectives, the shooting happened around 8:45 p.m. on Sunday, April 4, in the 1300 block of Columbus Dunn Drive near Near 46th Street.
Anta Johnson, 19, was found suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Johnson later died at the scene from his injuries.
This investigation is still ongoing.

BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - Detectives with the Baton Rouge Police Department are investigating a shooting that left one man dead.
According to BRPD, Rayfel Matta Jr., 34, was found near the front entrance of a convenience store suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Matta later died from his injuries at the scene.
The shooting occurred in the 5500 block of McClelland Drive near Hollywood Street on Saturday, April 3, around 6 p.m.
Two teens, ages 17 and 16, were arrested on April 15 by the Louisiana State Police Task Force and the Attorney General Fugitive Apprehension for their alleged involvement in the shooting.

BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - Detectives with the Baton Rouge Police Department are investigating a deadly shooting that happened on the I-10 West Essen Lane exit ramp.
According to officials, Joseph Coleman, 17, was found in the driver’s seat of a Honda Accord a little before 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, March 7, in the 4500 block of Essen Lane. Police closed the ramp for nearly three hours to collect evidence.
