Local health experts are stressing the safety and effectiveness of the COVID vaccine as doses arrive in Sudbury.
Residents in three local long-term care facilities received shots on Wednesday, and more residents will be inoculated in coming days.

The Pfizer and Moderna vaccines approved for use in Canada “are trusted by physicians and other health professionals across the country,” notes a release from Public Health Sudbury and Districts.
