This included unpaid direct and indirect taxes, fees, rates, charges, penalties and fines. Fiji Revenue & Customs Service (FRCS) had revenue arrears of $199.5 million that were direct and indirect taxes. A total of $49.4m was for Water Authority of Fiji (WAF) unpaid water bills while the Ministry of Lands & Mineral Resources was owed $27.4m in land and survey fees.
