Man charged after Findhorn Foundation eco-community hit by fire

A man has been charged after buildings were destroyed by fire at the Findhorn eco-community in Moray.
Emergency services - including six fire appliances - were called to the Findhorn Foundation in the early hours of Monday.
The foundation said the community centre and main sanctuary were destroyed. No-one was injured.
Police said a 49-year-old man had been charged and was due to appear at Inverness Sheriff Court on Tuesday.
About a dozen people were safely evacuated as firefighters tackled the blaze at about 02:00.

Three people have appeared in court charged with attempted murder following an assault on Forres High Street which left a man with serious injuries.
Rhys Baker, 28, Caitlin Turner or Wells, 21, and Suzanne Kelly, 28, appeared in private at Inverness Sheriff Court on Tuesday.
Baker, whose general address was given as Forres, faced charges of assault to injury and attempted murder.
He made no plea and was remanded in custody.
Turner, from Elgin, faced assault and attempted murder charges and was released on bail.
Arrest after deliberate fire at Scots high school
Police in Fort William said that a 29-year-old male was arrested and charged with vandalism, wilful fireraising and a break-in at Lochaber High School in the Camaghael area in the morning of March 15
