Pipeline Plastics to invest $4.6M in North Carolina, create 44 jobs Pipeline Plastics LLC Pipeline Plastics LLC provided 24-inch pipe for a municipal water and sewer project in Plano, Texas. Westlake, Texas-based Pipeline Plastics LLC will invest $4.6 million into a new polyethylene pipe production plant in Fair Bluff, N.C., where it will create 44 jobs. The company first announced that it was looking for a site in the Southeastern United States in 2018, along with plans to expand plants in Levelland, Texas, and Belle Fourche, S.D. The multifacility expansion plan aims to get pipes up to 65 inches in diameter to customers for drinking water systems, irrigation, mining, sewer and oil-and-gas gathering applications in all regions of the country and abroad.
