To mark International Womenâs Day, the ITF has today announced the launch of a new Leadership Development Programme as part of its Advantage All strategy.
The programme will see more than 100 women from national tennis federations around the world provided with networking and mentoring opportunities, as well as practical support and advice to help them overcome barriers and have fulfilling careers. Central to the programme will be a series of webinars hosted by industry professionals, covering a range of topics from developing leadership skills to goal setting and self-motivation. A key focus of the programme is to expand the pipeline of female candidates for future Board and Presidential elections with the ultimate aim of achieving gender balance in the boardroom.

A research team from the Stillman School s Department of Management is launching The Future of Leadership Survey: Insight and Foresight About the Future of Leadership from the Leaders of the Future.
The team is composed of Professor Karen Boroff, Ph.D., dean emeritus of the Stillman School; Professor Ruchin Kansal, M.B.A., associate director of The Gerald P. Buccino 63 Center for Leadership Development; and Graduate Assistant Alexander McAuley, an M.B.A. candidate in the Business School.
Current research on leadership predominantly looks at the topic from the perspective of senior executives and board leadership, leaving a gap in perspective from the emerging leaders that are growing up in a predominantly digital world. The team designed The Future of Leadership Survey to:
