TEXARKANA, Tx. (KSLA) - According to officials, Montavious Sharp, 22, turned himself in to detectives this evening. He was identified as the driver of the truck that struck a man earlier today.
Sharp was booked into the Bi-state Jail and charged with aggravated assault.
A 35 year-old-man is in the hospital after being struck by a vehicle while walking on a sidewalk.
The incident occurred in the 2200 block of N. Stateline Avenue. The vehicle involved was a white flatbed truck, believed to be a Dodge.
