UPPER GWYNEDDÂ â A Philadelphia man has turned himself in to police to face charges in an accidental shooting that left an Upper Gwynedd man severely injured last month.
Kashaan Moses, 25, of the 500 block of N. Creighton Street in Philadelphia now faces aggravated assault and other charges stemming from the April 10 accidental shooting. He made a very poor judgment decision that s going to affect the rest of his life, said Upper Gwynedd Police Chief David Duffy.

According to Duffy and the police criminal complaint against Moses, police responded to a call around 8 a.m. on April 10 for a reported shooting at a single-family home on the 600 block of Rosemont Avenue, at a home owned and operated by Jewish Employment and Vocational Service (JEVS) and used to house three residents who are disabled and/or have special needs.Â
