La Crosse Jazz Orchestra to feature Tim Henke doing Sinatra for Jazz in Park

LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) The La Crosse Jazz Orchestra will feature Tim Henke’s popular technique of doing Frank Sinatra tunes his way in the orchestra’s free Jazz in the Park series at 7 p.m. Sunday, July 18, in Riverside Park.

Round Top Festival Institute presents Thomas Burritt performing works for solo marimba on the Festival Concert Hall stage on Saturday, January 30, 2021. He will be joined by pianist James Dick, the Institute s Founder and Artistic Director, for a select piece. The program will begin at 3:00 pm and end at 4:30 pm with no intermission.
Dr. Burritt is Professor of Percussion and Director of Percussion Studies at the University of Texas at Austin. He has served as percussion faculty at Round Top Festival Institute each summer since 2004.
