However, some found their view obstructed by the East End Building along State Street downtown. A reader sent an email to the Daily News describing how she sat near the circular drive near the main entrance to Dow Diamond, where she has enjoyed firework shows in the past. She soon realized that her family s view of the fireworks was partly obstructed and they had to relocate.
