The two suspects charged with murder for the killing of a Sag Harbor man in Riverhead in November were arraigned in Suffolk County Court Jan. 11 and remanded without bail, according to court records.
Tyara Lemus, 18, and Alcides Lopez-Cambara, 40, were indicted by a grand jury on two felony charges: second-degree murder and first-degree robbery.
Both pleaded not guilty at the most recent arraignment.

A man and woman have both been charged with murder after a man was found dead in a vehicle on Long Island man last month.
Suffolk County Police announced the arrests on Thursday morning, Dec. 10.
Officers in Riverhead responded to a 911 call of an abandoned vehicle on the side of Roanoke Avenue, south of Green Tree Drive, at approximately 7:40 p.m. Wednesday, Nov.11.
The Riverhead Police Department officers then discovered the body of Marco Grisales, 39, of Sag Habor, in the vehicle, Suffolk County Police said.
Homicide Squad detectives responded to the scene and determined that Grisales suffered head injuries.

The two suspects charged with the murder of a Sag Harbor man in Riverhead last month allegedly lured the victim to a secluded area with the intention of robbing him and then beat him with a “blunt force object,” according to the felony criminal complaint filed in Riverhead Town Justice Court.
The younger defendant, Tyara Lemus, 18, allegedly admitted to authorities taking part in the robbery, according to the court document.

Update (11:30 a.m.): Two suspects charged with second-degree murder were remanded without bail during brief court appearances Thursday morning. (See updated story here.)
Alcides Lopez-Cambara, 40, and Tyara Lemus, 18, both entered pleas of not guilty at their arraignments before Riverhead Judge Lori Hulse.
Neither the assistant district attorney nor the defendant’s attorneys shed any light on the killing during the arraignment.
They are both due to appear in court again Dec. 15 in what would be a virtual court appearance.
