Before coming to Tallahassee, Regan graduated with honors from Indiana University’s Ernie Pyle School of Journalism. She has also worked for the London Business Matters Magazine and the Rochester Sentinel, a daily local newspaper. Martha Cecilia Narvaez Morales, DPT, age 57, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, Jan. 20, 2021, in Madison, Fla. Martha was born in Palmira, Colombia, to Dr. Oscar Narvaez and Mrs. Cecilia Morales de Narvaez. Martha is survived by three brothers: Jose Leonidas, Gonzalo and Oscar Ernesto; and three sisters: Ofelia, Maria Ximena and Elizabeth. Martha was raised in Colombia, South America. She arrived in the United States of America in January of 1992, to work as a Physical Therapist, and she became a US Citizen in October of 2004. Martha earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of South Florida in December 2016.
