Inverclyde Community Development Trust hosted a virtual employability workshop to provide insight into the sector. A group of school leavers joined the online event to find out more about the knowledge, skills and experience needed to take the first step on the construction career ladder. Organisations involved in the discussion included the Department for Work and Pensions, Action for Children, Skills Development Scotland, and the maintenance division of River Clyde Homes, Home Fix Scotland (HFS).
