The global health crisis, however, led to cancellations and a diversion to a virtual platform.

While current circumstances have meant that the collections have been exhibited in a different way in 2021, the fact that they were introduced digitally did little to distract from their impact. First out of the blocks was Bulgari. Bulgari has been gaining watch market share and capturing consumer interest since the launch of its original Octo model nine years ago. And the brand had 2021 off to a flying start this week, when it introduced a stellar selection of men’s and women’s timepieces that covers the spectrum from exceptional jewellery pieces to grand complications, via the more every-day and accessible.
