Johnson participated in a recent CBC Radio discussion about the issue.(Mario De Ciccio/Radio-Canada) As the City of Vancouver seeks to decriminalize the personal possession of illegal drugs, Yellowknife North MLA Rylund Johnson says the territory should consider dealing with addictions as a health issue, rather than a criminal one.  Johnson, as part of a special report on CBC s Trailbreaker, says that decriminalization is  long overdue.

The government previously said the country could receive 168,000 doses of the vaccine by year s end. My understanding is that decision will be very soon, Hajdu said, noting she couldn t speak for the independent regulators.
