Wisconsin’s 10 presidential electors cast their votes for President-elect Joe Biden on Monday, Dec. 14, taking one of the final state-level procedural steps in a tumultuous election year.
The 10 Democratic presidential electors met at the state Capitol Building at noon, as is required under state law, to cast their votes for Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris.
President Joe Biden said further actions could be taken against Russia if the it “continues to interfere with our democracy.” “The United States is not looking to kick off a cycle of escalation and conflict with Russia. We want a stable, predictable relationship,” Biden said.
