President Trump issued a pardon to Albert J. Pirro, the ex-husband of Fox News host Judge Jeanine Pirro, in the final moments of his administration. Today, President Donald J. Trump granted a full pardon to Albert J. Pirro, Jr., White House spokesman Judd Deere told the pool reporter on Wednesday.
Pirro was convicted in 2000 of conspiracy and tax evasion. He was sentenced to 29 months in federal prison.
Trump issued 73 pardons and commuted the federal sentences of 70 other people, including former White House chief strategist Steve Bannon, rappers Lil Wayne and Kodak Black, and former Republican National Committee Deputy Finance Chairman Elliott Broidy.

Jimmy Hoover Law360 (January 20, 2021, 11:15 AM EST) The U.S. Supreme Court confirmed that it received a bomb threat on Inauguration Day but required no evacuation after a check of the grounds and the building.
Spokeswoman Kathy Arberg confirmed reporting of the threat Wednesday morning as the justices were gathering at the U.S. Capitol for the inauguration of Joe Biden as the 46th president of the United States. The court received a bomb threat, the building and grounds were checked out, and the building is not being evacuated, Arberg said.
