San Francisco, Jan 18 : Robert Dorsey, an San Francisco Bay Area-based chef who is catering the dinner on US President-elect Joe Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris Inauguration Day, has incorporated the latter s favourite dish as part of the entree.
Dorsey is serving Harris favourite dish, the seafood gumbo, which is a soup that primarily consists a strongly-flavoured stock, meat or shellfish, a thickener, along with celery, bell peppers and onions.
Gumbo is the official state cuisine of Louisiana.
