Man killed in motorcycle crash in Redding has been identified
The Shasta County Coroner s Office has identified the man killed in a motorcycle crash on April 22 on Railroad Avenue in Redding.

REDDING, Calif.- The Shasta County Coroner s Office has identified the man killed in a motorcycle crash on April, 22 as Sammy Ray Hartzog, 59, of Millville.
Around 4:30 p.m. a Deputy Coroner Investigator was sent to Railroad Avenue near Eugenia to investigate a fatal motorcycle versus vehicle collision. Hartzog was pronounced dead by emergency personnel upon their arrival.
This is an ongoing investigation by the Redding Police Department.
