Wilmington Police have identified the victims in Friday’s double killing.
Police say Jermaine Black and James McKnight, both 31, were fatally shoot at approximately 8:39 p.m. in the 300 block of Concord Avenue.
Police located both men suffering from gunshot wounds. They were transported to the hospital where they both succumbed to their injuries.

2 killed in Friday night shooting in Wilmington
Two men were killed Friday night in a shooting in Wilmington, the city s police department said.
Police said the shooting happened around 8:39 p.m. in the 300 block of Concord Ave., but police tape sectioned off an area of 23rd Street between Jefferson and Washington streets, where Garfield Triangle Park is located.
The two victims, both 31, were found at the scene and transported to an area hospital, where they died.
No other information was immediately available.
