Authorities investigating 2 bomb threats in Red Bluff
Deputies are investigating two bomb threats to the Tehama County Superior Court and Red Bluff High School.

RED BLUFF, Calif. - Tehama County Sheriff’s Office said they are investigating a call about two bomb threats in Red Bluff.
Deputies said the two locations that received threats are the Tehama County Superior Court and Red Bluff High School.
The sheriff’s office said the call for the threats came in shortly after 7 a.m.
Red Bluff High School was the first location to receive a threat and went into lockdown right after being contacted by the Red Bluff Police Department.

A 20-year-old student of Tepa Senior High School (SHS) has allegedly stabbed a farm labourer to death at Asaman in the Asutifi North District of Ahafo Region.
According to the Asutifi North and South District Police Commander, the deceased named Seidu, 23, was murdered at his home after running an errand.
DSP Paul Ankan indicated that investigations reveal that Seidu had a disagreement with one Ebenezer Opoku, a friend to a shopkeeper when he had visited a store to buy sachet water.
The bone of contention between the two arose when Seidu requested for a polythene bag to hold the large quantity of water he was purchasing.
According to Adomonline.com, the District Police Commander, DSP Paul Ankan who confirmed the incident said it occurred when the deceased, 23-year-old Seidu, went to a nearby shop to buy sachet water. He narrated that after buying the water, the deceased requested that the shopkeeper puts them in a polythene bag because of the quantity but the shop attendant declined. The deceased then indicated that he would return the water should any fall on his way home. Ebenezer Opoku, who is a friend to the shopkeeper and was present at the time, got involved in the matter and it resulted in an exchange of words.
