Karnataka HC orders state to consider Advocate Welfare Scheme  |  Photo Credit: ANI Bengaluru: Taking reference from the Delhi government, the Karnataka High Court has ordered the state government to consider Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s Advocate Welfare Scheme. The Delhi government implemented the Chief Minister s Advocate Welfare Scheme last year following which 29,077 advocates residing in Delhi are getting the benefit of the scheme. Under the insurance scheme, lawyers get medical and life insurance facilities.
