Two people were taken to the hospital after one truck hit another on Interstate 84 East in Vernon on Friday morning and caught fire, according to state police.
State police said a truck heading east on I-84 was in the right lane and hit another truck that was parked on the shoulder near the exit 65 on-ramp just after 7 a.m. The truck that hit the parked vehicle caught fire and was engulfed, police said.
