The NSW government s long-awaited free $100 restaurant vouchers are to be rolled out within the next few days - but it will be invitation only until March.
The $500million Dine & Discover scheme was announced last year to boost the hospitality industry after it was hit by coronavirus lockdowns.
Under the scheme, NSW residents over 18 can get four taxpayer-funded $25 digital vouchers to spend at Covid-safe registered businesses.
The free $100 food and entertainment vouchers can be spent in pubs but only on food. The rollout begins within days starting with The Rocks and Broken Hill - by invitation only (pictured, friends catch up over drinks in Sydney)
