Really three challenges that that we ve been facing. One is that there just isn t enough vaccine. So just having enough to meet the demand has been a problem. Determining exactly how to allocate that between the nursing homes and outside of nursing homes has been an issue because we do have some excess in the nursing homes, but not enough to really meet the demand outside. So that s one issue.
