Monday, a camel is back home after escaping early Monday morning and running from officers in Collinsville. The owner said the camel is very playful - and it s evident in the video from officers.  The video is from near 126th Street North and Garnett in Collinsville after someone spotted the animal running around. The owner said he had no idea the camel escaped from his property until Collinsville police called. Owasso police, Collinsville officers, and Tulsa County deputies all helped get the camel back home.  Casey Roebuck with the Tulsa County Sheriff s Office said it s not uncommon to get calls about animals running loose in rural areas, but a camel is something new.
