Burkitt Ridge will offer residences, stores, restaurants
An entity affiliated with Nashville-based Regent Homes known for its Lenox Village development will break ground Thursday on Burkitt Ridge, a large-scale mixed-use project in South Davidson County.
To be located not quite one mile east of the intersection of Burkitt and Nolensville roads, the development will offer 800 residential units including townhomes and single-family homes as well as restaurant and retail spaces, according to David McGowan, Regent Homes president.
The first phase will include two 51-unit buildings and one eight-unit building, with a collective 220 residences, all one-bedroom and one-bedroom-flex-space. To carry a price tag of $32 million to $34 million, the buildings will offer elevator access for the units. McGowan will undertake the project via Burkitt Ridge Apartments LLC. Memphis-based Orion is providing financing.
