MUNTINLUPA CITY, Feb. 9 The Philippine Government, through a coordinated network of stakeholders composed of National Government Agencies and private sector partners, today conducted a full-scale simulation exercise of vaccine deployment to showcase the country’s readiness for COVID-19 vaccine deployment. The simulation exercise demonstrated the general function and responsibilities of the national and regional vaccine operations centers and stakeholders, and aimed to identify potential challenges in the vaccine delivery, handling, transport, and cold chain management, in anticipation of the expected arrival of Pfizer/BioNTech vaccines from COVAX Facility by mid of February.

Duterte-Carpio said they want to do away with the face-to-face registration, which could result in mass gathering and Covid-19 transmission. You will use your own DQR for that. It s the same account that you will use, the mayor said on Monday, February 1, in an interview on 87.5 FM Davao City Disaster Radio.
On Monday afternoon, the mayor said they will meet with the developer on how to expand the use of DQR to accommodate the vaccination program.
DAVAO CITY – Following the pronouncement of the Malacañang to keep Davao City in general community quarantine (GCQ) for the entire month of February, the city government of Davao has extended the 24/7 ban on selling of alcoholic beverages until March 31.
