“Corporal Katherine Collins began her career with the Wyoming Department of Corrections(WDOC) in December 2006 at the WHF. She transferred to WMCI in October 2009 as an officer and promoted to corporal in August 2000. Corporal Collins has routinely displayed her loyalty and dedication to the WDOC as a member of the Emergency Preparedness (EP) team for many years.”Â

“She is very helpful as routine EP drills are performed and she shares her years of acquired knowledge with all staff, especially new staff.In 2017 she put together a very informative new EP representation focusing on the Tecumseh State Correctional Institution riot in 2015, which is being utilized to this date.”

OMAHA, Neb. (AP) A man who had been on Nebraska s death row since 2003 died Saturday, reducing the total number of condemned inmates in the state to 11, prison officials said Monday.
Arthur Gales, 55, was sentenced to death for the November 2000 slayings of his then-girlfriend s two children. Authorities said he killed 13-year-old Latara Chandler and 7-year-old Tramar Chandler because they were potential witnesses to him severely beating their mother.
