The National Coordinating Committee for Vaccination Activities against COVID-19 (CNCAV) informs that, in the last 24 hours, 94,354 doses of vaccine have been administered, of which 78,452 - Pfizer, 7,216 - Moderna, 8,464 - AstraZeneca and 222 - Johnson&Johnson, according to the data provided by the National Institute of Public Health Registry through the application of the National Electronic Register of Vaccinations.
According to a CNCAV release, sent to AGERPRES on Wednesday, 38,503 people received the first jab, and 55,851 people got the second shot, agerpres.ro confirms.
Since the beginning of the vaccination campaign, on December 27, 2020, 5,588,267 doses have been administered to a number of 3,449,831 people, of whom 1,311,395 received one dose and 2,138,436 the second dose as well.

The vaccination centers of military hospitals in Brasov, Bucharest, Cluj, Constanta, Craiova, Iasi and Timisoara are open, starting Tuesday, 8:00 AM, for the general population that wants to immunize against COVID, people being able to turn up at any time, without prior appointment, agerpres.ro confirms. The Ministry of National Defence is participating in the national vaccination effort for the general population against COVID-19 and, through the Medical Directorate, disposed measures to extend the functioning program to 24/24 h, for a week, in the May 4 - 11 period, at first, in the vaccination centers organized by the Bucharest Central Military University Emergency Hospital in Bucharest and the military health units in the country which are regional storage centers for vaccine doses, the Ministry of National Defence (MApN) informs.

According to a CNCAV release, sent on Sunday to AGERPRES, 18,243 people received the first jab, and 23,030 people got the second shot.
Since the beginning of the vaccination campaign, on December 27, 2020, 5,341,742 doses have been administered to a number of 3,355,073 people, of which 1,368,404 received one dose and 1,986,669 the second.
