Twitter/Deputy Commissioner South Karachi The National Command and Operation Centre  (NCOC) said Monday that no more than 50 students should be allowed to sit in an exam room, as Cambridge exams were held in different parts of the country today.  Despite mounting pressure from students who demanded the cancellation of exams as the third wave of the coronavirus intensifies, Cambridge examinations were held today, with strict coronavirus standard operating procedures in place, across various cities of Pakistan.

NCOC decides to enhance monitoring mechanism to check violation of preventive COVID SOPs ISLAMABAD: The National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) on Saturday was apprised by authorities concerned that single-dose CanSino Covid-19 vaccine administration would commence from April 5 in all provinces. A morning session of NCOC was presided by Federal Minister for Planning Development and Special Initiatives Asad Umar via video link and co-chaired by NCOC National Coordinator Lieutenant General Hamooduz Zaman Khan. The forum was informed that keeping in view the increasing Covid-19 disease spread, 594 more oxygen beds have been added to dedicated Covid-19 health facilities with a special focus on Swat and Peshawar.
